Rathbone Project is a small product, innovation and technology team based in London. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, send us a message.
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, the shape of the problem you select and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
We use the details from the contact form for one thing: to read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue that conversation if it leads somewhere. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
Under UK data protection law, we process contact-form information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work, and your consent in choosing to send it.

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a working relationship, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Just get in touch and we will sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
