The words are personal. The work was always a team effort.

It is rare to come across a product designer as strongly committed to driving positive change for customers as Tom. In over a decade of collaborating together, I have never seen him waver in his ambition to help improve the lives of the customers he is serving. Paired with his instinct for asking the questions others will not and his eye for simple, elegant design, it makes him a true powerhouse in the world of product.
